Janna & Co.
I have to take today and recognize my good friend Janna and her family. They have had their all girl household turned upside down by having my boys over every day while I'm in the hospital with Ellie. The older girls walk to school with Harrison every day, Janna takes Alex whenever I drop him off, then she feeds him and makes sure he gets to preschool, then she has both boys after school until I get home around 5:00 or when a grandma can come pick them up. I'm surprised she still speaks to me, but I am very grateful for her and her friendship. I think she's added a few thousand bricks to her mansion in heaven.
I decided a long time ago that I was going to re-instate arranged marriages for my boys, but now I am really determined to do it!
Look at this picture of these adorable girls and you'll know why!

The irony of this picture is that Alex is only 6 weeks older than Emily (the one on the far left) and he's a whole head taller! (No I do NOT feed my kids Ortho-Grow!)
This is Rachel. Her 3rd grade did a fundraiser for heart research by jumping rope and getting donations. Rachel jumped in honor of Ellie, which I thought was very sweet.

Ellie got to have some breast milk from a bottle today, and she kept it down! Wahoo! She was a lot less gaggy today, and I hope she keeps that up. I got to play with her on the floor for a little while again, and that was fun. She didn't want to be done, but my back was done so she had to be too.
I watch the fishies go round and round and they sing to me.

Tummy time on the floor only when my stomach is empty.

How can anyone resist this sweet baby girl?

This is what I had to leave today, folks. Just rip my heart out, it would be easier.

Everybody needs a friend like Janna, but not everybody gets one. Lucky you! We learn great life lessons from friends like her.
