En Garde!

Back in 8th grade, my P.E. teacher taught us a lot of different sports such as golf, archery, badmiton, bowling, and fencing. When we started fencing, she had us practice positioning out body and pretending our index finger was the foil. Then we would move our feet back and forth and thrust and parry with our fingers. I thought we looked so ridiculous I came home and showed my mom. It has been a running joke between us since then and it looks like Ellie has caught on somehow...either that or she's going to try out for Lord of the Dance.



Now that this girl has decided to eat, that's all she wants to do! Chad told me he's fed her 3 times today and she's taken 24 cc's each time. They're going to up her feeds to 27 cc's tomorrow. She is also doing a fantastic weight gain...3070 grams. For those of us too lazy to figure it out (namely me) it's 6 lbs 12 1/2 oz. I think she's playing catch-up on weight gain from last month.

No procedures scheduled for tomorrow. I guess we'll wait and see what cardiology decides to do when the new doctor comes on tomorrow. I want patience, can I please have it now?
