Happy baby
Good news today, Ellie is completely off the dopamine AND the CPAP (nasal canula). Woo HOO! They're leaving the little sticky things on her cheeks that hold the air tube on just in case they need to put her back on oxygen, but right now, SHE IS BREATHING ON HER OWN!!!!!
Our Ellie is also up to 12 cc's of breastmilk, but still not gaining weight. The cardiologist was pretty happy with how she looks today, but we'll know more tomorrow with the next echo. I'm really praying they don't get another "no change." She looks too good to be not improving.
Mommy stayed home so the carpet layer could come and do Ellie's new room, so Daddy got to play with the baby and get more really cute pictures.

Makeup! I need makeup!
I wonder if I'm too young for nail polish?
I've almost got the pouty lip down.
Do they think I can work without an agent?!
I'm ready for my closeup, Mr. DeMille.

In every picture she looks more like her daddy. How cute is that? Not that her mother isn't a beautiful woman! Cause she is!
