Some of her first pictures
We didn't have our digital camera on the first day. Life Flight provided us with a disposable camera, so as soon as we get those developed we'll post them here.

Here you can see the breathing tube in her mouth, the heart monitors on her chest, the blood-gas saturation monitor on her left hand, an IV in her right hand and right foot and the arterial line in her left foot.
They had trouble getting a PICC line into her which is why she has so many IV's. They tried twice in the belly button, but it kept going into her liver. The IV's are to feed her and give her medicine. The arterial line is to draw blood. They have to do lab analysis on her frequently so it helps to have this open pipe in her foot so they don't have to stick her a lot.
